LayerPlay Privacy Policy

1. 基本方針

LayerPlay は、ユーザーのプライバシーを優先し、機能提供に必要な最小限のデータのみを扱います。広告目的・追跡目的でのデータ利用は行いません。

2. Phase 別のデータ取扱い

Phase A（無料版・現行 MVP）: データ送信・広告 SDK・分析 SDK のいずれもなし。App Store 申告は Data Not Collected、Google Play Data Safety 申告は収集なし・共有なし。

Phase B（課金導入後）: 課金処理（Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat）に必要な購入関連データのみ扱います。RevenueCat は匿名 App User ID 運用とし、広告・分析・アトリビューション SDK は導入しません。

3. 収集する情報（Phase B のみ）

LayerPlay 本体はユーザー行動分析データを収集しません。Phase B では、課金のために次の情報が決済/課金基盤で処理されます:

購入状態（Pro の有効/無効）
トランザクション識別情報（購入確認・復元に必要な範囲）
買い切り課金の検証情報

4. 収集しない情報

広告識別子（IDFA / AAID）
位置情報
連絡先情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号）
行動分析データ（画面遷移・クリックログ等）
追跡目的の識別子

5. ローカル音声ファイルの取扱い

ユーザーが選択した音声ファイルは、再生のために端末内で処理されます
Phase A では、ファイルは端末内のアプリ領域で扱い、外部サーバーへアップロードしません

5-A. データ削除リクエスト

LayerPlay はユーザーデータをサーバー側で保持しません（Phase A）
端末内データの削除は、アプリ内の「トラックを削除」操作または アプリのアンインストール で完結します
アンインストールにより、アプリ専用領域内のコピー済み音声ファイル、お気に入りセット、設定値はすべて削除されます
アカウント概念がないため、別途のアカウント削除リクエスト窓口は設けていません

5-B. 子供向けアプリではない旨の宣言

LayerPlay は 13 歳未満（または各国法令の定める年齢未満）の子供を対象としたアプリではありません
米国 COPPA、EU GDPR Article 8、Apple Kids Category、Google Play Designed for Families の対象外です
ファミリープログラムには参加しません

6. 第三者提供

課金処理に必要な範囲（Apple / Google / RevenueCat）を除き、ユーザーデータを第三者へ提供しません。法令に基づく要請がある場合はこの限りではありません。

7. 追跡（Tracking）

LayerPlay は、他社アプリや Web サイトをまたいだ追跡を行いません。

8. 改定について

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合は、公開ページ上の更新日を変更して告知します。

1. Principle

LayerPlay puts user privacy first and only handles the minimum data required for the app to function. We do not use data for advertising or tracking purposes.

2. Data handling by phase

Phase A (free version, current MVP): No data transmission, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK. The App Store declaration is Data Not Collected; the Google Play Data Safety declaration is "no data collected, no sharing".

Phase B (after paid features ship): Only purchase-related data required by the billing pipeline (Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat) is handled. RevenueCat is operated with an anonymous App User ID; we will not introduce any advertising, analytics, or attribution SDK.

3. Information we collect (Phase B only)

LayerPlay itself does not collect behavioural analytics data. In Phase B, the following are processed by the billing platforms for payments:

Purchase state (whether Pro is active)
Transaction identifiers (limited to what is required to confirm and restore purchases)
One-time-purchase verification data

4. Information we do not collect

Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)
Location data
Contact information (name, email, phone number)
Behavioural analytics data (screen navigation, click logs, etc.)
Tracking identifiers

5. Local audio files

Audio files selected by the user are processed on the device for playback
In Phase A, files stay inside the app's sandbox area and are never uploaded to any external server

5-A. Data deletion requests

LayerPlay does not retain user data on any server (Phase A)
On-device data is deleted by the in-app "remove track" action or by uninstalling the app
Uninstalling removes all copied audio files, favourite sets, and settings stored in the app's sandbox
There is no account concept, so we do not provide a separate account-deletion endpoint

5-B. Not directed at children

LayerPlay is not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in any applicable jurisdiction)
The app is outside the scope of US COPPA, EU GDPR Article 8, Apple Kids Category, and Google Play Designed for Families
We do not participate in family programs

6. Third-party disclosure

Other than what is required for billing (Apple / Google / RevenueCat), we do not disclose user data to third parties. Lawful requests by competent authorities are an exception.

7. Tracking

LayerPlay does not perform cross-app or cross-site tracking.

8. Revisions

This policy is updated as needed. When significant changes occur, we update the date on this published page.
